I offer physical therapy both in-person and online, with a focus on:

  • Helping with everyday aches and pains

  • Recovery from orthopedic injuries or surgery

  • Supporting those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and hypermobility

Sessions may include a mix of movement and exercise, hands-on techniques, Graston, and reformer-based training—always tailored to what works best for you.

Physicaltherapy Session, evaluation

Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current symptoms, movement patterns, and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to address your needs and set you up for success.

Follow-up visits focus on progressing your treatment plan. These sessions may include targeted exercise, manual therapy, and other techniques to help you build strength, restore mobility, and support long-term results.

Woman in telehealth consultation

Virtual visits provide the same high-quality care from the comfort of your home. Through secure video sessions, we’ll assess your movement, review your progress, and guide you through tailored exercises and strategies to keep you on track. Telehealth is a convenient option for ongoing care, check-ins, or when coming into the clinic isn’t possible.

About Me

I’m Dr. Stephanie, a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping people feel and function like their best selves. My journey began at the University of Michigan, where I studied kinesiology and played water polo for four unforgettable years. If you went to Michigan, you know all about “The Victors” — but even if you didn’t, my goal is to make every patient feel like one.

I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California, where I developed a passion for uncovering the root causes of pain rather than just treating symptoms. That philosophy continues to guide my work today.

Now happily based in Southern California, I live near the ocean with my husband and our three spirited daughters. Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or just someone who wants to move through life with more ease, I’m here to help you get back to what you need and love to do — and to remind you that you have what it takes to win your own recovery journey.
